ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP

As an emerging brand, Matador Beef Jerky leveraged the Vans Warped Tour to reach the millennial audience with a heavy onsite branding, sampling & artist partnership campaign.

Distributing more than 570k samples since the partnership’s inception, the Matador footprint stood out amongst others by including its interactive mechanical bull to select stops for an immersive fan experience, all while placing its product in the hands of our influential attendee & aligning with artist influencers.

If the mechanical bull wasn’t enough, Matador also partnered with VWT bands Yellowcard, 3OH!3 and Go Radio to conduct daily autograph signings at their footprint, driving more traffic to the space. Bands also performed private backstage acoustic sessions, creating both a one of a kind fan prizing opportunity for Matador, but also creating exclusive content that was captured and edited by the brand’s film crew for use across their social networks.
